Responsible for the production of tender estimates and technical submissions
Ensuring that delegated work is correctly planned, resourced, executed in accordance with client specifications, standards, relevant legislation, technical, safety and environmental standards
Ensure the risks and control measures associated with the company’s activities are identified and allowed for within bid submissions
Responsible for the production of estimates and production of bid / no bid assessment of opportunities
Production of productivity metrics for all works with operational staff at bid stage
Responsible for initial terms and conditions review at tender stage and attending tender de-briefing with clients for unsuccessful bids
Responsible for the facilitation of handover meetings to the commercial and department and operations at contract award
Formulation of budgets, labour allocations, productivity metrics and PMO provisioning for secured works at contract award at handover stage
Ensure that projects spend costs are in accordance with the tender prices submitted and Candy cost breakdowns
Re-rate bill items as necessary post award of contract(s) during a post award review of rates & Ensure bids are compliant with company systems and procedures
